Bright Club blasted onto the Glasgow comedy scene in November 2011 with a sell-out show at The Admiral, hosted by ‘weegie comedy Godfather, Bruce Morton. Since then, shows have continued to entertain audiences at both The Admiral and Scotland’s most famous comedy club, The Stand. So far, researchers from the University of Glasgow and Strathclyde have waxed lyrical about a diversity of subjects, from crayfish, to criminology, to The Beegees! After huge success at the Edinburgh Fringe, Bright Club is heading west to makes its Glasgow International Comedy festival debut this March.
